Going through my ever growing list of food related feeds I found a recipe for pork medallions with a very special tapenade. I am not so sure about those medallions, but the tapenade sounds really exciting!
In a separate bowl, you mix up some chopped kalamata and green olives, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and minced garlic, which gets served atop the pork medallions...delicious!
Oh yes. Anything with mustard in it is worth trying at least once. Which reminds me that I really ought to post that recipe for mustard fruit chutney that I forced off the staff serving us at Salt Yard last time we were there (done and dusted, get the recipe here). Great tapas place by the way, well worth a visit. Check out thepassionatecook's review linked below, he describes it perfectly. Yes, it is as good as he says.
