A very Merry Christmas from Borough Market!

Beautiful tree. Today under the tree I found dark chocolate, amazing balsamic vinegar and pistachio nuts. There will be homemade truffles inspired by Lucullian Delights.
Update: But since it is seemingly impossible to find ordinary cocoa powder around Elephant & Castle (instant hot chocolate however there are hundreds of varieties of...) I think I will cover some with dessicated coconut shavings and some with pistachio.
