
Comfort food, man flu

I am home with a horrible man flu. Comfort food called for. White bread rolls filled with bolognese mixed with the scoop out from the rolls. Cheese and herbs on top. Yum.

Yes, just like 20 years ago. What my dearest mother refers to is that this was actually the first "dish" I ever made.
Learned it in school when I was 13 or 14 years old in "home knowledge" which actually was a proper subject on the curriculum where we learned to clean, cook, do laundry, iron shirts and so on.
Instant hit with me, I love rubbish food like this. Spicy meat sauce, white bread and cheese. Like a Philly steak and cheese sandwich but better.
