Just recently I watched a cooking show on ITV and chef Novelli made Beef Stroganoff served in bell peppers. Having not had Stroganoff in years I got quite inspired, went to their web site to save the recipe and emailed it to my "Food and recipes" label in Gmail. Gmail is brilliant to keep track of recipes and things to do in the kitchen.

Anyway, a few days ago I bought everything I needed to try it on, but due to snow storms in Sweden and luggage mix ups at Heathrow (A is visiting from Sweden) it was not to be. So what was intended as a really nice dinner had to be converted to a luxury Saturday lunch.

Since I am not too keen on beef I opted for chicken instead, not boring chicken breast but the nice boneless chicken thigh pieces. So succulent. This is the modified recipe based on "JC's Beef Stroganoff".

Hannah is leaving us

Hannah is leaving us so we went to Arch to say goodbye properly.

Hannah, our lovely and efficient temp, is now leaving us to set off on her solicitor career. She will be missed. Good luck Hannah!

Fortunately, we are getting replacement in next month. Three people joining our team in London, that's how efficient she was!

Jokes aside, we are adding three people now. One .NET developer, a web coder for partner and restaurant implementations to make sure we can keep up with the growth demand of the network and a customer service person to stay on top of support and administration.
