Sticky chicken skewers with stir fry noodles

Another installment in the highly irregular series "quick and easy cooking in a wok". To be honest, it requires an oven but hey. Close enough. And it certainly is quick.
You need: honey, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, chicken breast fillets, a few long skewers, a bell pepper, oyster mushrooms, spring onions, baby corn, bean sprouts.
Start the oven, 220 degrees C. In a bowl, mix a dash of soy sauce with a suitable amount of honey and chilli sauce (for two filllets a table spoon of each is fine). Cut the chicken in bite sizes and put it in the mixture, make sure they all get well covered in hot sticky sweetness. Stick chicken on skewers, and in the oven until done, which should take about 15 to 20 minutes (they need to be white all the way through).
Meanwhile, cut all the veggies in pieces and stir fry lightly. Start with the mushrooms, after two minutes add the corn, a few more minutes them add the peppers and lastly add the spring onions and bean sprouts which should just be warmed. Boil the noodles according to the instructions and mix with the stir fry.
Serve with chicken on top. Yum.
Geez. This post must look like shit. But that's what you get for blogging from a mobile phone. Anyways, thanks to Steve for the inspiration.
