Pork belly, grilled artichokes, cherry tomatoes (Arbutus)

Went along with a few Livebookings colleagues for a long and lazy three course lunch at the excellent Michelin-starred Arbutus.
I can't say enough how much I adore this place. Fantastic food at great value, all wines on carafe and such nice staff.
Won't go into detail of all the lovely courses we had, the images below speak louder than words (and if you are interested, see notes with each image in the linked Flickr photoset). Was told that the squid and mackerel burger is a bit of an Arbutus speciality though, so if you go do try it. Tastiest starter I have been served in a while.
